How we use it

Your information is used only to schedule appointments, deliver medical services, and communicate with you about your care. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Health records

Medical records are kept confidential and shared only with the treating clinicians involved in your care, or as required by law.

Website analytics

We run our own privacy-first analytics on this website, hosted entirely on our own server. We do not use Google Analytics, the Facebook Pixel, any other third-party tracker, or advertising cookies. We record only anonymous, aggregated usage, such as pages viewed, approximate time on a page, device type and which buttons are tapped, to understand what visitors find useful and improve the site. We use no tracking cookies, we never store your IP address in a readable form (it is irreversibly hashed), and we honour your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. This information is never linked to your medical records and is never sold or shared.
